Have you ever wanted to dress like a superstar? Well you now have to chance to literally be able to do so. There has already been talk that items from Whitney Houston’s wardrobe will be sold. From a long dress, to a vest that she actually wore while starring in “The Bodyguard”, fans will be able to purchase those items. I think it’s great that these items are being sold. It truly is a tragedy that the young woman has passed away, and passing on her clothing to other young women will only make her memories live on. And then of course there’s the fact that these items will be worth a whole lot of money in the future!

I’ve been thinking about getting clear internet Sacramento for my house because I’m just sick and tired of this dial up going out all the time. I work from home every Friday and I really need reliable internet to connect to the office with and at this point I think mine is just anything but. Love that technology is so easy to access and all but it’s tough going from an office where I’m just flying when I’m online to the house where the web just crawls. Sometimes I wish I’d paid more attention in college to my IT classes because they sure would be useful right about now but you know, at the end of the day everything’s pretty well spelled out for me online I just need to take the time to get on there and figure it out. I love being (at least more so than my parents) but it’s hard keeping up with the latest and greatest without totally breaking your bank or burying your nose in your laptop!

You would think a person as famous as Will.i.am (from The Black Eyed Pees) would spend a lot of time focused on his clothing. After all, he surly has enough money to spend on whatever type of clothing he wishes. However, he’s said that he actually doesn’t care that much at all. He claims he’s too geeky to actually think about what looks best when it comes to his clothing.

I give him credit for having this type of attitude. Many famous people would be afraid of what others are saying about the fact that they don’t really care much about their clothing. The fact that he’s so laid back about it, only means that he’s confident in himself and he’s not afraid of others criticism.

With Valentines Day just a few weeks from now, I’m sure there are many girls out there that actually get their boyfriend/husbands a nice gift. Sure the girls are the ones usually getting the gifts, but don’t our men deserve something little at least? Deciding what to get a guy can be so hard. When you ask them what they would like, they usually say they don’t know (or care). I personally think that getting them clothes is the best gift, especially on Valentines Day. You could even buy them an outfit to wear on your Valentines Day date night. A nice sweater and dress pants is simple, yet attractive. So forget the teddy bear that he’s going to look at once, and get him something that will look nice and he will actually be able to use again.

It took a while to convince my boss that it would be worth it. It wasn’t costing us more money, but she was worried that everyone would be hanging out in the break room instead of doing their work. The truth is, it has actually increased productivity. Everyone is not going out to lunch for a whole hour and coming back late like they used to do. Most people are packing their lunch and meeting in the break room to watch a little “Price is Right” during lunch. We have an office competition going now. We try to guess the prices when the show is on. Some people are great at the game and guessing, but some are absolutely awful! It’s funny , but our boss is the worst of them all at guessing the prices! The person who is in charge with the financial know how, can’t ever guess the prices of things as simple as a washing machine!

Winter Blues Calls For New Spring Fashion

I have one question for everyone, which is who actually likes winter? Does anyone actually enjoy being freezing and having to bundle up with tons of layers? Didn’t think so! With everyone hating the winter so much, everyone at least has the winter blues to some extent. There isn’t much to look forward to in the winter, which is why so many people get so unhappy around this time. You can’t just go out for a walk like you can when it’s nice weather. Everyone’s cooped up inside their house, watching TV or spending hours in front of the computer. At least there is spring fashion to brighten up our lives a little. This is the time of the year when many stores and companies are coming out with their new spring lines. I love walking into the stores and seeing bright colored shorts and flip flops . It’s also interesting to see what the new trends will be. This makes me optimistic that spring is right around the corner. We can make it through this weather, knowing that we will soon be able to trade those snow boots for cute sandles.

Guys wearing pink and purple- is this okay?

I celebrated New Years Eve at a night club in New York City, and all the guys and girls were dressed their best. Girls wore shiny dressed with sparkles, while guys were dressed in nice pants and some even ties. I was deciding between a purple and green dress, and finally decided to go for the green dress. Never did I expect that instead of me wearing purple, my boyfriend would be wearing this feminine color. I was surly surprised when I opened the car door, and he was wearing an almost Barney the dinosaur shade of purple. I laughed at his choice of shirt, and then asked him what he was thinking when he purchased it. I didn’t let it go the rest of the night, and continued to make fun of the shirt.

When we arrived at the club, there was to my surprise many other guys wearing purple and pink. I guess guys these days, guys are so comfortable with their sexuality, that they don’t have to be worried about others thinking they are indeed gay. Whatever happened to guys wearing a simple black or blue shirt? Do they really think that wearing the same color as their girlfriend or mom would wear, really makes them look their best? I really don’t know if I will ever agree with straight males wearing purple or pink. All I know is that until I do agree with it, I will be buying my boyfriend some masculine colored shirts.
